It's barely raining outside, but somehow our new waterfall feature is in full force:
The result of the maintenance men "fixing" the flooded apartment above us, which leaked right into ours, by busting a hole in the backed-up gutter above our window. It sounds like it's pouring out, even with the rain completely stopped.
Turns out you can't just put a bucket under the leak when the leak is a 6-feet-long dripping crack in a concrete ceiling:
